The Story

Our Nebbiolo is a love letter to Piedmont, written on Fishtown stationery. Aged eighteen months in Slavonian oak, it's developed a complexity that rewards patience — tar, roses, and red fruit layered over firm, fine tannins. This is the bottle we bring out for birthdays, anniversaries, and those Tuesday nights that turn into something you'll remember forever. Pair it with the Duck Breast or the Wild Mushroom Risotto.
