Luna Rosé

The Story

Named after the rooftop moonlight that filters down through Fishtown's skyline, Luna Rosé is pressed from Sangiovese grapes with just four hours of skin contact. The result is a pale copper color and a bone-dry palate that dances between fresh strawberry, rose petal, and a whisper of Mediterranean herbs. We keep this one stocked behind the bar because it disappears faster than any bottle in the house.
