The Story

Born in the cellar beneath your feet, Rosso di Fishtown is a full-bodied blend of Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes. It's aged in French oak for twelve months, developing layers of dark cherry, leather, and warm spice. This is the bottle we open when we want to remind ourselves why we started. It pairs beautifully with our Pappardelle Bolognese or the Grilled Ribeye — something hearty that can stand shoulder to shoulder with its depth.
